The hottie has a wide mouth opening and is completely sealed and fastened when in use with a press stud system. This ensures easy filling and maintenance of the natural hide without losing any of the heat.

Spot clean with a damp cloth
To maintain your hotties original softness and texture use the comb provided to slowly comb your hottie to desired touch.
If a deep clean becomes necessary, dry cleaning is advised.
Is my hottie sweating?
Is it normal to feel a little moisture when your hottie is first filled. All hot water bottles sweat just like fresh hot toast on your plate. The sweat you may feel is the moisture from the air and is temporary. For the best results fill your hottie then leave to rest for 15-20 minutes before use.
